- 7ft bar is compatible with Mirafit power racks (please note the other sizes are not long enough)
- Suitable for use with Olympic weight plates and bumper plates
- Solid steel bar with chrome finish
- Rotating sleeves with built in needle bearings and bronze outer bushings
- 28mm diamater bar with knurling for excellent grip
- Please note this bar is not suitable for exercises which involve dropping the bar from overhead
- Suitable for up to 300kg
